Returns & Replacements Policy:

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value.

For incorrect or defective items shipped, we have a 7-10 day Returns/Replacements policy upon receipt of order by the customer, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. The products must be in their original condition: new, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

  2. Items that have been altered or processed in any way after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.

  3. Additional shipping costs may apply for any exchange or return.

  4. For custom-made orders, we will provide a pre-shipment sample and a bulk goods inspection report for your approval before shipping. Once approved and shipped, all custom-made orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  5. Contact our Customer Service to arrange a package pickup for return/exchange (aprilsu.hs@gmail.com).

Please note: This policy applies to all our apparel, including but not limited to t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, dresses and pants.
