Returns & Replacements Policy

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. For incorrect or defective items shipped, we maintain a 7-10 day returns and replacements policy upon receipt of the order, subject to the following terms and conditions.

General Terms & Conditions

  • Original Condition: All products must be returned in their original condition: new, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • No Alterations: Items that have been altered, decorated, or processed in any way after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Shipping Costs: Additional shipping costs may apply for any exchange or return process.
  • Product Scope: This policy applies to all our apparel categories, including but not limited to T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, dresses, and pants.

Custom-Made Orders

For custom-made orders, we provide a pre-shipment sample and a bulk goods inspection report for your approval before shipping.

Please Note: Once the inspection report is approved and the order is shipped, all custom-made orders are considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
