Fabric & Trim Sourcing
We help identify suitable fabrics, trims, colors, weights, and construction options based on your design and target market.
Sustainable material options can include organic cotton, hemp, recycled fabrics, lyocell, and other suitable blends.
Pattern & Sample Development
Our sample team supports:

This helps identify technical issues before moving into bulk production.
Tech Pack & Specification Review
- If you already have a Tech Pack, we can review the specifications with you before sampling.
- If your project begins with reference images or an initial concept, our team can help clarify the garment details required for sample development.
Pre-Production Preparation
- After sample approval, we confirm key details such as materials, measurements, construction, trims, colors, and customization requirements before bulk production coordination.
Sustainable Material Development
Material selection is an important part of product development.
Depending on the project, we can source options including:
- Organic cotton
- Hemp
- Recycled polyester and recycled cotton
- Lyocell
- Bamboo-based fibers
- Suitable performance and blended fabrics
Where applicable, certified materials such as GOTS, GRS, or OEKO-TEX options can be sourced.
Certification applies to the relevant fabric or material documentation and does not mean that AprilSu or every garment production partner is certified.
From Sample Approval to Bulk Production
- Once the sample and specifications are approved, the project can move into OEM bulk production through our long-term manufacturing partners.
