1.Do you operate your own garment factory?

We operate our own dedicated sample development room, enabling us to handle small-batch custom orders and rapid prototyping with high precision. For larger bulk productions, we partner with vetted, long-term large-scale manufacturing facilities. Our core role is to manage end-to-end supply chain workflows—including pattern making, fabric sourcing, production planning, rigorous quality control, and export handling—to ensure consistent, brand-level results for your OEM and private label projects.

2.What markets do you mainly serve?

We support B2B clients globally, with a strong focus on sustainable fashion brands, private labels, independent startups, and ethical clothing companies across North America (USA & Canada), Europe, and Australia.

3.How do you manage quality control?

Quality control is managed through structured checkpoints, including raw fabric inspection before cutting, print/embroidery accuracy verification, size spec measurements, and final inline/post-production garment inspection before packing. We coordinate directly with partner factories to ensure bulk production strictly aligns with approved pre-production samples and technical specifications.

1.How do you ensure sustainability in fabrics and production?

Sustainability begins at the yarn and material level. We source certified, eco-friendly fabrics from approved mills, including GOTS-certified organic cotton, GRS-certified recycled polyester, hemp, and Tencel blends, ensuring all supply chain documentation meets international standards.

2.What certifications apply to your products?

Certifications apply at the material and supplier level. We source compliant materials such as GOTS-certified organic cotton, GRS-certified recycled materials, and OEKO-TEX® certified fabrics. Specific certification paperwork and transaction certificates depend on the chosen mill and fabric for your custom project.

3.Do you provide fabric options before placing an order?

Yes. We provide comprehensive sustainable fabric swatches, digital specifications, and hand-feel recommendations tailored to your design requirements before bulk ordering begins.

Custom Production, Low MOQ & Lead Times

1.What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ typically ranges from 50 to 300 pieces per design, depending on the fabric type, custom print or embroidery method, and garment complexity. Lower MOQ options are available for initial sampling and limited-edition collections.

2.What is your typical production lead time?

Bulk production lead time is usually 10 to 20 business days after pre-production sample approval. Custom sampling typically takes 5 to 7 business days, excluding international shipping.

3.Can you develop samples from reference images or designs?

Yes. We develop accurate physical samples based on tech packs, sketches, reference images, or physical reference garments. Our team confirms measurements, fabric choices, and print placement prior to cutting to ensure complete alignment.

4.Do you offer design or print assistance?

Yes. Under our ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) support services, we assist with artwork preparation, print scaling, and technical adjustments to ensure your designs are fully optimized for the selected fabrics and decoration methods.

5.What customization options are available?

We offer full-scale private label customization, including custom screen printing, digital printing, embroidery, woven labels, care labels, custom hang tags, and eco-friendly packaging solutions.
