This FAQ provides transparent information about our role in apparel manufacturing, sustainable fabric sourcing, production management, and OEM/ODM services.
Manufacturing Management & Global Supply Chain
Do you operate your own garment factory?
- We are a manufacturing management and sourcing company based in China. We work with long-term partner factories for garment production, print and embroidery. Our role is to coordinate fabric sourcing, technical development, production planning, quality control, and export handling to ensure consistent results for OEM and private label apparel projects.
What markets do you mainly serve?
- We support B2B clients globally, with a focus on North America (USA & Canada), Europe, and Australia. Our customers include sustainable fashion brands, private labels, startups, and ethical clothing companies.
How do you manage quality control?
- Quality control is managed through structured checkpoints, including fabric inspection before cutting, print or embroidery accuracy verification, size measurement checks, and final garment inspection before packing. We coordinate with partner factories to ensure production aligns with approved samples and technical specifications.
Sustainable Materials & GOTS Certification
How do you ensure sustainability in fabrics and production?
- Sustainability begins at the material level. We source certified fabrics from approved suppliers, including GOTS-certified organic cotton, GRS-certified recycled polyester, and hemp. We ensure certified materials are used according to client requirements and documentation standards.
What certifications apply to your products?
- Certification typically applies at the material level. We source certified fabrics such as GOTS-certified organic cotton, GRS-certified recycled materials and OEKO-TEX® compliant materials. Certification availability depends on the specific material and supplier chosen for the project.
Do you provide fabric options before placing an order?
- Yes. We provide sustainable fabric options including organic cotton, recycled polyester, and hemp blends. Fabric swatches or digital specifications can be shared upon request.
Custom Production, Low MOQ & Lead Times
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

What is your typical production lead time?
- Bulk production lead time is usually 10–20 business days after sample approval. Sampling typically takes 5–7 business days, excluding shipping.
Can you develop samples from reference images or designs?
